WIW

Ok, So I've been thinking about WIW and this is what I'm going to do from this point out.  I'm only going to post when I lose weight.  If I gain or stayed the same, I'm not going to do a WIW.  I want to share my excitement in this journey.  So yah, that's the plan.  I think I'll focus some of these posts on leading a healthier life, in whatever form that may be.  That's my goal after all... to be healthy.

I did lose .5 lbs last week.  I'm down to 168, from 173.  My 5-htp has been working the last 2 nights, so I've slept decently well and my moods have been good during the day.  I started taking a multivitamin again too, which I have been totally slacking on for a long time now.  They make me nauseous, so I have to make sure to eat a big breakfast with them.  I'm going to buy a new brand in the next couple of days to see if I don't get sick on those.  I'm sure getting sick was the reason I stopped taking these in the 1st place.  Who wants wants to be sick every morning?  Not me!

Well, I need to start the bedtime routine with these kiddies.  L8r, sk8r.
