WIT

Today= 167.5

I lost another pound last week.  I honestly thought it wasn't going to happen and I kept slipping up on eating well.  All that weight lifting is doing my body good.

On a side note, I'm doing the local autism society's 5k next month, September 18th.  I haven't ran since the early summer.   I tend to hibernate in the heat of the summer because this redheaded white girl A) burns really badly and B) my Irish ancestry has doomed my daughter and I into sweaty messes during the heat.  Ah well, it's part of my appeal.  hah.
 
So I need to get out and run really bad, but I'm beat (and frankly don't have time or I am not childless) after doing an hour and 15 minutes of P90X every day except Sunday, my rest day.  So, I'll at least start running on Sundays, and work in some other times during the week.  Even if it has to be a short run, it's at least something.  <- I can't get the italic off of this paragraph... kinda annoying.  hrmph.
